The resources below are required for participation in the training session. Please make sure to download and review the DPRS training materials prior to the day of your session. Instructions for using the webcast technology are provided below.

Cisco WebEx Meeting Center

Cisco WebEx Meeting Center is a webcast tool used on your computer along with a telephone to access the live Web training sessions. Before you first log on to the Web conference, you will need to test your Web browser. Go to:  http://developers.webex.com/api/jointest/index.php , enter your name and email, and click the ‘Join’ button.  If you do not have the opportunity to do this prior to the training, Cisco WebEx Meeting Center will automatically run the check when you sign on. The Web browser test may take a minute, so please allow time in advance of the webcast.

Prior to your training session, you will receive an e-mail containing conference information and passwords, as well as access instructions for Cisco WebEx Meeting Center.
